Description
Athlete jumps over two cones at the starting point, sprints to and jumps over cones that make up the bottom of the "V", sprints back to and jumps over cones opposite of starting point, then returns to starting point in the direction he came (all the way back through course in reverse order - note that the body should always be facing the same direction).
Tips
- Head up
- Knees bent with feet shoulder-width apart
- Back flat / abdominals activated
- Begin slowly and work at your own pace.
- Make sure you have plenty of room.
- Ensure that there are no sharp objects around you and that you have some drinking water handy.
- If at any time you feel discomfort, cease activity immediately.
