Objective


Drill: Hop Scotch
Variation 1: Move Left
Variation 2: Move Right

Equipment

  • Agility Ladder
  • Open field or gym floor

Description

  • Head up
  • Knees bent with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Back flat / abdominals activated

Tips

  • Begin slowly and work at your own pace.
  • Make sure you have plenty of room.
  • Ensure that there are no sharp objects around you and that you have some drinking water handy.
  • If at any time you feel discomfort, cease activity immediately.
