Description

Like the "Spaghetti Pick" to second base, the snap throw is rarely used by most young left handed pitchers. This is because many of them lack the arm strength to throw the ball from a stand still position. 

Pitcher should also vary the length of time in the set position as well as his/her looks. This helps to disrupt any type of tendencies a baserunner may be looking for. 

Left Handed Pitchers should make sure that they step off the rubber with the left leg.
