Objective

  • Become comfortable transferring the baseball from one hand to another.

Equipment

  • Baseballs (1 - 2).
  • Training Glove(s)

Description

  • In partners standing approximately 6 to 8 feet apart, toss the baseball back and forth (regular throws and ground balls).

Tips

  • Start with lobbing the baseball back and forth, working your way up to throwing the ball with a little pace on it.
  • Move the baseball around from the chest to the head to either side.
  • The players hands must be out in front of their body.
