Description
Depending on when or how often a player throws during any given week should determine his/her bullpen workouts.
Format:
10 Fastballs
16 Fastball, Changeup
16 Fastball, Slider / Curve
2 Hitters
For each set above, allow to work from the set position for the first half, then work the last half from the wind-up.

Tips
Locating pitches simply means throwing the ball to a specific target. Many pitchers assume that location pertains only to the fastball. Coaches should stress to their players that all pitches, including off-speed, should be located.
Throw "flat-ground" bullpens (no mound)
Modify the distance between the catcher and pitcher (move the catcher in front of the plate if he/she is experiencing control problems).
