Third year involved in youth baseball coaching, and really enjoying it. Putting the Baseball Canada resources into practice has been fun, and I have learned more about baseball in that time than I ever thought possible.

When I first got involved it was as a head coach for my then-9 year old son's mosquito level house league team. The following year, his last in that level, my daughter went into rookieball (machine pitching) in the same house league, and I assisted my son's team with coaching and practices.

This year, I will head coach my daughter's first year in mosquito house league, and hope to share my knowledge and experience with my son's peewee house league team. Have met many great parents and coaches who also enjoy helping the kids learn and grow with the sport. My son now wants to try out for rep and hone his skills, and I hope to learn as much as I can in order to help him along.
